Complete Physics with lab class. Using the Real Science 4 Kids textbook Focus on Middle School Physics and supplemental material. Students will explore balanced & unbalanced forces, energy, work, potential & kinetic energy, energy conversion, conservation of energy, linear & nonlinear motion, friction, inertia, acceleration, velocity, chemical energy, electrostatics, electrodynamics, magnetism, and more! Homework – Textbook reading and various assignments. Homework is minimal but expected. Grading – Assignments, quizzes and tests will be used to determine grades. Required materials – Real Science 4 Kids textbook – Focus on Middle School Physics *3rd Edition*. Teacher provided materials – Lab book and all supplies needed for lab experiments. Any supplemental material.
