This class is designed to give kids a break from academics, all while sneaking in some great information about how to live a healthier lifestyle. Part of each class will be dedicated to a fun and simple cardio, strength or balance-building activity. We will also cover healthy eating habits and nutritional tips along with other information on how to keep our bodies healthy and strong. Supplies needed: comfortable clothing and sneakers to allow movement plus yoga mat, water bottle, notebook and colored pencils. Occasional homework. No grades or tests. No particular fitness level required.
