2nd-4th Learning Music through Bells and Chimes

This class will use various bells and chimes, to include the Xylophone, Desk Bells, and Suzuki Tone Chimes to teach beginning students the principles of music. Students will learn: 1) music fundamentals (such as reading notes on a staff, rhythm, and melody/harmony); 2) the proper way to play these musical instruments; and 3) how to work together as a chorus to play songs. It is envisioned that the class will consist of up to six younger students who will present a recital at the end of the term.
