3rd-5th Social and Emotional Health for Elementary Schoolers

We believe in an interactive, engaging curriculum to explore social and emotional skills. At these younger ages there would be a focus on self-awareness, values, decision making, empathy, conflict resolution and more. Teaching younger children how to regulate their emotions, identify stressors and healthy ways to cope. We will also role play difficult situations and give practical skills for them to go home and work on with their families.  When children are taught these skills at a young age, they will benefit it from years to come.
