6th-8th Home Management and Life Skills

So many young people struggle with home management skills once they leave home. It doesn't have to be this way! This class will give your student the basic skills so that they will be able to efficiently and effectively manage their homes and lives. Students will be able to use these skills right away as well as in the future so that they will be well prepared for whatever their path in life. I look forward to meeting your child and sharing some of my tips and tricks! In this class, students will learn how to implement home management and life skills such as meal planning, simple cooking, cleaning, organizing, decluttering, laundry, time management, and so much more! Students will be given weekly homemaking tasks to complete so that they can practice the skills learned in class. Grades will be determined by participation in class and weekly homemaking tasks.
