Various works of literature will be read, discussed and tested. Using the books we are reading we will explore a variety of spelling words. Some of the books may include – The Scourge, True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle, Number the Stars, Island of the Blue Dolphins and more. Homework – Reading, assignments, practicing spelling words, etc.. - Grading – Assignments, quizzes, and various activities will be used to determine grades.
